PuppTech, Inc. closes a $200K bridge investment from owner of globally recognized dog training business.

Denver, CO, March 6, 2019 – PuppTech, Inc. has received a $200,000 bridge investment from Nick White, founder/owner of Off Leash K9 Training. Off Leash K9 Training, which announced a partnership with PuppTech, is the largest operator of dog training facilities in the US, with 138 outlets throughout the country.  White, a former Marine and Secret Service, has trained dogs for high-profile politicians and celebrities and he also helps everyday dogs and their owners. White initiated the Warrior Buddies program, pairing shelter dogs with veterans.

Mr. White became interested in PuppTech’s PuppComm because of the value he saw in keeping dogs safe in the vehicle when you can’t be with them.  “I decided to invest in PuppTech because it solves a problem that we see in an on-going basis — the unnecessary catastrophe of dogs being left in hot vehicles due to negligence or faulty equipment.  I know this will help create a better system to ensure the safety for all dogs, not just those we train.” “PuppTech is helping revolutionize the well-being of our best friends!”, he added.

PuppTech CEO William Loopesko is thrilled to have Off Leash K9 Training partnering with PuppTech. “This new partnership will allow us to significantly accelerate our growth by tapping into their large network of customers, working dog pros, athletes, and other celebrities that have used their services. We’re very grateful to everyone that has helped us get here and we’re excited to see what comes next.”

The PuppComm, a K9 environment monitoring device and app, is the first of many solutions using technology to care for dogs that PuppTech is developing.  “With this investment we can start to focus on our next products”, says Loopesko.

For dog owners who want to take their dog in a vehicle, every PuppComm comes with a window sticker that displays a unique code, allowing passersby to access real-time information on the safety of the dog, so that anyone who wants to check on the dog can do so without smashing the windows or calling the police.
